Returns/Exchanges
Original Paintings and Art Prints are non-returnable/refundable.
Screen Printed Apparel can be exchanged only. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do have limited number of screen printed apparel items on hand and ready to ship. If your replacement item is not on hand we will do our very best to expedite an order with our local screen printer to provide your replacement order in a timely manner. To initiate this exchange you must email us us within 15 days of receiving your item at carpediem@mediigalli.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a printable shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without our authorized shipping label will not be accepted for exchange.
DTG & Embroidered Apparel can be exchanged only. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All DTG apparel is printed by a third party and first sent to Medii Galli for inspection to insure it meets our standards. We will do our very best to provide your replacement order in a timely manner. To initiate this exchange you must email us us within 15 days of receiving your item at carpediem@mediigalli.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a printable shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without our authorized shipping label will not be accepted for exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your shipment contents, and provide you with an estimated ship date and details regarding the replacement of your replacement item.
